I don't have any scientific info, but it sure doesn't feel that way to me.
Even before Paleo, I would have only a chicken, for instance, for dinner,
and darn near eat the whole thing at once. Tomo and I ate a seven-ounce
package of smoked salmon for a bedtime snack last night. And I like 12
ounces or better of fish or steak, even liver, if I'm going to bother with
it at all. I feel full and content after, not bloated. But this is not a
meal I'd try before working out or heavy thinking like classes. FWIW,
