I broudly agree with Wally

(although I dont want to shout like him - perhaps Rob Faigan Really is
right about his "hormone enhancement" theory - Wally simply has had a
sudden testosterone surge - compelling him to shout
(It can happen I know it from myself ;-)

I strongly believe in listening to my body; but also to the the rational
mind - whose role perhaps should be more strategic - leaving the details to
the instincts. Eating "Paleo-cyclical-lowcarb" has been a wonderful eating
strategy for me ! I HAVE NEVER EVER FELT BETTER (oopps , shouting )

It is amazing how fast and easy this seemingly radical change has been for
me.

So I very much
would encourage others to try the same. I think Our bodys
are exceptionally robust, easily capable of handling (at least short time)
diet fluctuations.

- so why not just try lowcarb, and see what happens ?
