Sure 150 would be hypertensive and it shows up sometimes.
Today i checked (I dig out such a device i own) 127/78.

My 120/80 were repeated for many years, first time in the army health check
where the officer supposed i would be a good chock having 120/80 after some
exercise (i wasn't). I thought that was optimal.

I'm gonna check my blood pressure from time to time.
