I would love to hear from anyone with recipies that call for goose fat.

Fry up some eggs with that goose fat.  It's the best!!!  Also, pork chops,
chicken, and liver.  It's my preferred fat......  I haven't tried it in
pemmican because of the liquidity at room temp.  Oliva
