Rachel,
Thanks for all the great tips. My husband has a phobia about rare
meat, but
I do not like well-done meat. Now I have a "good excuse" to cook it
the way
I like it! I really like rare venison medallions. I also got my food
dehydrator today, so once I can get some red-meat jerky made I think
that
will help a lot.

What do you think about spinach juice? I bought 5 pounds of spinach
and have
been juicing it with a bit of pear. Zoe won't drink it though. I've
also
beein drinking a pot of raspberry leaf tea daily. Zoe likes that.

I will look for liver powder. That would be a great thing for Zoe if
she
will drink a juice with it.
