Sigh. I suppose it would be more accurate to state that Maldon, etc. neither
adds nothing to, nor removes anything from the salt. "No additives".
However, nothing, *nothing* is completely uncontaminated. Wild salmon, wild
deer, organic vegetables, spring water, "fresh country air" for example,
none of these healthful things are without contamination. Which is the whole
point of practicing environmental consciousness.
