I have seen many meats described, except for raw pork. What do purist
raw food people do about pork - follow the Bible's command to eschew (avoid)
pork at all?

i never found pork in north americas that was raised properlly ( with raw
undenatured foods only ) but in France i used to eat them and it is the best
meat in my opinion . in france all porks or wild boars are checked for
trichonosis so it is safe ( raw "charcuteries " is usual fare in france,
everybody does eat raw salted dried pork )
