The most familiar reaction to dairy for most people IMO is the stuffy
sinuses.  Make that a bottle of Coppola's merlot and I'll join you but I'll
bring the fontina and olives.  Holidays were meant for a sampling treat and
I don't think there are any real health threats done this way.  Provided, of
course, you don't start inventing new holidays just to treat yourself.
