Since going paleo in July, my adult children have teased me
a lot, but both of them have commented on how much happier I
seem. I don't get as cranky as I used to. They are also
noticing and commenting on the weight loss. I don't know if
I'll ever get them to go paleo, but if I do, it will be by
example.
