For me if after stressful day in the office I do very intense workout
(usually weights or swimming and now starting marital arts) my stress is
completely gone. I feel tired but relaxed. So I think that advises against
exercises while most people spend several hours chained to their desks is
not a good idea.
Running 15 miles a day is an extreme but I don't believe that 1 hour a day
of intense workout can make any harm for sedentary people.

Of course is somebody prefers he/she can swap it for 1-2 hours of intense
sex what shouldn't be a problem for a paleo diet follower ;)
