 Oh yeast!
Not only will those things encourage yeast growth, but once yeast is out of
hand, its structure changes to one remarkably like that of wheat. This, in
turn, causes the yeast infested body to develop a wheat allergy. (Says one
who found out the hard way)

Nuts are notorious for containing mold. Anything with sugar, yeast, or
fermented foods will aggravate a yeast problem.
