Dear Mary,

We are all dairy intolerant here too. From what I understand, we cannot
absorb all the calcium we need from one source. I drink Whyte's DariFree,
use it on my cereal and cook with it. It says it has 25% of your RDA per 8
oz glass. But what I like is that it uses 3 different sources of calcium. I
have also heard that sesame seeds has a very high calcium content??

Stephen
