I double checked the chocolate chips I have from Tropical Source and they do
not list any dairy ingredients and have the Kosher marking K-DE.  So the
info I had received that they are produced on a dedicated line may refer to
the candy bars since someone posted that they were labeled K-P....so the
product formulation must have changed and does not list any dairy
ingredients now.
