I wrote that line. The new URL is "www.vegsoc.org". I should also explain why I
made that comment. While the information on that site is primarily aimed at
promoting vegetarianism (?), it also offered me some insights into intolerances
vs. allergies. For the first time I realized that you could have a milk
intolerance but feel some of the effects of the milk allergy. The list of
symptoms included those which I had/have been experiencing. That was very
enlightening to me. As soon as I stopped eating/drinking milk, my health
improved. Hope this helps.
