However, there is no absolute guarantee that the cleaning process for
removing milk from dairy equipment will render the machine absolutely
milk-free, and not all kashruth labeling schemes include a Dairy Equipment
designation.

Thing is, it's way better than nothing. (homonymic pun intended :-)
