If I eat a grilled cheese sandwich it goes through me but the other night I
ate a
piece of Pizza Hut pizza and nothing happened. Could that be the type of
cheese? Or not the cheese at all ? Any thoughts?

I found lots of good info on Steve Carpers page about different lactose
levels in different types of cheese. It helped make sense of the occasional
pizza slice didn't bother me as much as the stuffed pasta shells. The pasta
shells were made with cottage cheese and romano cheese which have a much
higher lactose content. Its worth looking at.
