What do you do about carrying these

Hugh Sampson, M.D., a food allergy specialist formerly of Johns Hopkins,
and now based in NYC, was asked this question at the recent Food Allergy
Network conference in Baltimore.  While he has no direct evidence from
the manufacturer, he said he would not feel comfortable using an Epi-Pen
that was subjected to high temperatures. He recommended using coolers.
(The inquirer was going to be travelling in Thailand where temperatures
were expected to be very high)
