Alan - how interesting.  This is amazing being able to share concerns with
people all over the world - I am enjoying it.

I can't believe that I am getting responses to my thank you note from all over
the world.

Another person from Seattle commented on the fact that Vegan means no dairy.
I am learning so much, so that  I can help others.

Let me ask you this which probably is over simplistic.

"Is Non-Dairy Intolerance and Milk Allergy the same thing".

I am a celiac so there is no question it is an intolerance and not an allergy,
but with milk is it either/or a milk allergy or a milk intolerance.
