Hi to all,

        It's Helen of Non-Dairy: Something to Moo About. Everyone month or
so we get a request from someone asking about a food allergy support group
in their neck of the woods. Instead of bugging you guys everytime. Can
anyone who is involved or aware of a group drop me a note please. Then I'll
post the list in a week or two for everyone.
        This week we are trying to help out a familiy that lives in the
south suburbs of Minneapolis and St. Paul in Minnesota.
