I have a Bread Machine brand (I think) - the two-pound loaf one. It's great
- simple, does a great job.

I use approx 1 tbsp gluten in place of the recommended 2 tbsp powdered
milk. Bread machine bread needs some protein, and the gluten makes a fine
substitute.
