A milk substitute can be either Rice Milk, any nut milk, soy milk, etc..
anything you would use in place of milk.
I think some people use a dry milk substitute,  I think it is like a creamer
but I'm not sure.  I don't use it.

I'm knew to this mailing list and am not familiar with "milk substitute"
which I've heard mentioned.  Is this a product or a liquid of choice?
