You can get a list from Oscar Mayer of their products which do not
contain gluten or dairy products. They were very helpful when I called
them. Their toll-free number is 1-800-222-2323.

The list that I have from them is a couple of years old. It lists smoked
white turkey as safe, but does not list honey smoked white turkey.
There may be a difference. My son has had their regular hot dogs, beef
hot dogs, and bologna without any problems.

For cereals we have had a lot of luck with the "bagged" cereals (such as
Quaker or Malt-O-Meal), rather than the brand name boxed cereals.
Several of the Quaker cereals are labeled as kosher-parve which indicates
no dairy. These cereals are usually cheaper than their brand name
counterparts, too.

My son also likes to snack on pretzels. Many brands are dairy free.

Sandy
