I know that Soymage and Tofutti are two brands that are dairy free.  I use the Soymage mozzarella block to make pizza.  It has a very good taste.  I've seen this available at no-dairy.com, but I get it at my local health food store.  Soymage also makes a fantastic parmesan substitute.
