Don,  If you can use egg most manufacturers and even Red Star Yeast companies have
brochures with wheat free recipes Red Star's toll free number is 800-331-5222 ask
for Celiac Bread machine Recipes.  I called the manufacturer of our bread machine
and they also sent out special wheat free-dairy free recipes.  Paula
