Hi All,
I will second the vote for Earth Balance, once I found this I stopped buying
other types.  It's inexpensive and tastes good.  I call it "the metaphysical
butter" as it has a picture of the metaphysical man on the container and is
otherwise pretty nondescript.

spite of it's name it is milk free.  I have found it at both Whole Foods and
Trader Joes.  IMO it is much better than Flieschmans and has the melting and
hardening qualities of butter.
