I believe that's true. Some people have many sensitivities, and some
people can trash themselves for a lifetime and live to be 100.

After our genetic makeup, ALL disease is caused by stress. Physical,
chemical, and emotional stressors pile up and result in disease when the
body can't cope (Hans Selye, The Stress of Life). In my experience,
emotional stressors will cause disease only in the presence of chemical
and/or physical stressors. I haven't seen a single case of asthma that
did not respond to diet manipulation. I don't treat asthma, per se, but
I've seen a lot of cases. I'm not convinced that there is such a thing
as intrinsic asthma.
