Hi

We use Hain's Safflower Oil Margarine. It isn't butter but as long as you
don't make that comparison it's pretty good. I have used it in baking and on
toast etc. We get a lot of our groceries now, including this margarine from
a coop. It is lots cheaper than the health food stores. I originally bought
this margarine in the health food stores so you shouldn't have any trouble
finding it.
The coop I am in is Blooming Prairie. They are located in Iowa and
Minnesota and deliver to several states, including mine of Missouri. I
recommend to anyone who is on a specialty diet to look into coops, it has
saved us a bundle. Blooming Prairie phone is 800-323-2131. I have no
connections to Blooming Prairie other than as a thankful customer.
