Just spent 6 weeks on bedrest. That "cured"me. LOL.  Would that I could hide
out in A/C all the time. (could think of nothing worse)   Been out and about
for 2 weeks and the symptoms are ramping up again to be as bad as they were
prior to going GFCF.

The pollen load is heavy at the moment and I am allergic to all predominant
pollinators that are spreading their pollen right now.
