I have been at this site for a couple of weeks now, and I see the same
thing, Dawn. We have all been so successfully brainwashed by the dairy
industry, that, even those who know milk is bad,  many people think we
are missing something if we don't consume milk.
 
I disagree. Most other societies in the world don't consume dairy or take
calcium supplements. And all of them are healthier than we Americans.
 
Disease in this country is not due to the lack of anything. It is due to
excess. The solution is to subtract, not add. Also, 500 mg. of vitamin C
is invisible. But the tablet you put in your mouth is the size of a dime.
What is all that stuff? Same thing for calcium, or any other supplement.

Some would argue that your blood calcium is always constant. Withdrawals
are made from bone deposits when calcium metabolism is abnormal. And
that's true. But a healthy diet contains plenty of calcium without taking
pills.
