We use Benecol light and it works well for my son.
it is pareve, and can be found at our walmart and many other
supermarkets.
It is a spread and works well for toast and grilled sandwiches and such.
I use the pareve sticks of Fleishmanns light for cookies and baking and
making rice crispy treats.  These work well for us.
