Re: milk protein becoming airborne...

I think that it depends how anaphylactic to a food you are whether or
not you will react to an airborne protein. All proteins become airborne.
The difference between peanut and milk protein is that peanut protein is
oil based and can live on a surface for 6 months where as far as I know
milk protein can be killed with strong bleaches.
