Hi -

Thanks SO much for the recommendation!  The actual address is
in my signature, down below.

Lactic acid is not a milk product.  Rather, it is used to break
down lactose in the gut.  I'm not sure of its commercial source.
Is it even possible for it to be milk-derived?
