I fully agree on balancing. Six months ago I would have seen this matter
the same way as you do. After focusing on what we *really* eat, the word
balancing for me has got a new meaning. The food producers put in lots
of extra proteins. They are called milk protein, wheat protein, MSG,
vegetable
proteins, animal proteins (may come from milk ) and so on. What will our
bodies
do with all these proteins, unless we are out there hunting (for food or
olympic
medals) ?

Yes, checking things out is always recommendable. I also belive it is
very important  not to do any changes without discussing it with a doctor.
Just find a doctor that is  willing to admit his or her possible ignorance
;-)
