The drink sounds great, but here are a few facts for you all:
1) With maple syrup, the drink will be about 75-85 mg of calcium for the
amount given (cow's milk has around 300mg).
2) Human milk has 28 mg for 100ml (about 3.5 oz.). Not much to compare this
drink to...This does not make cow's milk better than human milk though
since human milk minerals are much easier to absorb (among hundreds of
other reasons human milk is better than a formula or cow's milk for
humans).
3) 2 Tbsp. of Blackstrap molasses contains 344 mg of Calcium.

Therefore, if you are looking for more calcium in this drink (the amount in
Enriched Rice Dream), you'll need to increase the almonds (the only
significant source of calcium) or sub in some bl. molasses.
