This sounds great.  I miss mozzarella so much.  I agree with Cindy and Isabel, though.  The $20 per box isn't bad but adding the $24 shipping charge is crazy!  I've had so many horrible "fake cheeses" that I'm hesitant to make that investment.
I checked the stores, there's nothing on the east coast.  Is there anyone in New England who would want to try some?  We could get together and share the cost.  Losing $20 dollars on cheese isn't at bad as $45.
