I enjoy Odwalla bars that I buy at the Whole Foods store. They taste good
and are full of natural stuff. I use them as an emergency snack, when I'm
out somewhere and hungry and there's nothing around that I can buy to eat.
Carrot, cranberry, and chocolate peanut are my favs.

Michele

P.S. Have you noticed how many things are starting to have soybean oil?
Another big no-no for me. I've read that companies, including fast food,
are looking to use soybean oil because it's not hydrogenated. Tostitos that
I could eat last month have soybean oil in them this month. We might have
to re-read labels on previously "safe" items, if companies are going to
change their recipes.
