I have always thought that it the amount of concentrated milk products in
what I am eating. Like I can feel my stomach turn asap by eating one m&m
but I can eat something that doesn't have much milk (or whey or someother
byproduct) per square inch of food and it not really affect me. I guess
it something you have to figure out what makes you sick.
