I would like to have a cheesecake at Christmas and am finding it extremely
difficult to substitute the cheese curd.  When I phoned my local shop who
deal in Dairy-Free produce they told me that they had no substitute.  They
also said that they think you can use flavoured tofu, but they don't know
how.  Does anyone know this or do you have a Dairy-Free Cheesecake Recipe
that you would like to share.
