We have kids with galactosemia and visited Universal studios 2 years ago we
checked before hand and they were not as accomodating. they said each
resturant was diff and we would have to check as we went. We ended up
bringing our own rolls for hamburgers , one place couldnt even tell us what
was in their rolls.. I am glad everything worked out for you, that sounds
like the place to go on our next vacation down to Fla. sue
