Yes. The place used by some on the autism list is:

The procedure is to call Alletess and have them send you the shipping
materials and instructions. Tell them you want the IgA and IgG casein test.
(For $64 they will do these two plus IgA and IgG for gluten.) Blood needs
to be drawn (on Mon-Thur only). It then has to sit at room temperature for
a while, then be spun in a centrifuge, then the serum poured off, then the
serum kept in the refrigerator until it is given to the overnight carrier.
It need not be frozen, but that may not be true if you live in a hot place
and the overnight carrier's trucks and warehouses are warm. Results are
only sent to a doctor.
