I'm not exactly sure what you mean by this. Tofutti brands have been around
for over 20 years and so have some of the soy cheese substitutes. Certainly
there are many more milk alternative products today than ever before, but
many of these brands have been around for years.

Catrina, you should take a look at the Product Clearinghouse section of my
web site. It lists hundreds of milk alternative products in more than a dozen
categories. Just be sure that you look for products that are completely dairy
free and not just lactose-free.
