I use Royal brand "Cook & Serve" Pudding & pie filling by Nabisco. Instead
of milk we find that White Wave's dairy alturnative or Dari-free dairy
alturnative make up a tasty pudding treat.

I called and spoke with Nabisco about the product Vanilla and Chocolate
flavors. He said the carrageenan is not processed with dairy and that the
flavorings are also dairy-free. But the product is processed on machinary
that may sometimes use dairy.
