There are several that are not egg-free and milk-free. We've had to read
the label for each box each time we buy them, just in case the ingredients
have changed. The large milk-free label helps a lot.

Our son loves them, and they are a staple at times when his brothers get
the rare treat of a donut or pastry. (He's anaphylactic to eggs, milk, and
all nuts).

Still, when he has an eczema flare, one of the first things we try to
discern is whether he's had a lot of Pop-tarts, since we suspect the remote
possibility of cross-contamination.
