I found some Kosher for Passover Pareve cotton candy at my local supermarket
a couple of weeks ago.  Don't know if that stuff would still be available
now, though.

I have bought bags of cotton candy in the past that did not appear to have
milk derivatives.  Is milk-free cotton candy hard to find?  I thought it was
just sugar and food coloring.
