I've had problems from parve ice cream. Don't know why.
Chow fun noodles are rice flour and water. Any steamed dish.
Try frozen potato pancakes in the kosher section (especially miniature).
Great munch.
Also Hebrew National franks in blanks and Barney's frozen munchies.
