Sorry to hear that.  I just found a "mozerella alternative" yesterday.
I't labeled 100% dairy free & casein free.  It's from Soymage and made
with Organic Tofu.  It's marked "NEW" on the label, so I don't know how
long it's been around.  I haven't tried it yet, so I have no idea what
the taste or texure is like.

Almost all the other cheese substitutes had casein in them  I did see 2
others under the name Vegan Rella that came in Mexican and Italian
flavors.  They looked pretty funky so I passed on the for now.
