Hi - People that are on the gluten-free diet can't tolerate wheat, oats, rye
and barley, so that means gluten-free food is 100% wheat free.

The best place for a listing of gluten-free (wheat free) products is by
contacting
Celiac/Sprue Assocation
P. O. Box 31700
Omaha, NE 68131.

They have a 71 page booklet of foods that are gluten-free - most can be
bought in your super market.

It is a wealth of info and only $8.00 including postage. There will be a new
one out the end of May, but meanwhile you can get the current issue now.

Jane - a celiac for 34 years.
