Hello , I just recently discovered that my daughter ( 15 months old) either
has a milk allergy or an intolerance.  I have taken her off all dairy
products since Thursday of last week.  Well actually I thought I was taking
her off all dairy until I realized that dairy comes with many different
names.

We are learning what it means to be dairy free.  At times I feel overwhelmed
with what is ahead. I also feel that this could very well be a good thing,
as it forces us to eat healthier.


I am looking forward to learning more and maybe getting some helpful advice.
