I have many recipes that want un-diluted cream of mushroom soup
Or cream of chicken soup.  Does anyone know of a dairy-free
Equivalent?

The closest thing I have is imagine foods (Rice Dream folks), mushroom
soup And un-chicken soup, both are very thin, and I haven't found a way
to thin
Them enough to make recipes work.
