There are two ways to get a copy of the Welcome message. One can send in
the command GET NO-MILK WELCOME in a message body to
[log in to unmask], or one can find a copy of it at the list's
web site at:

  http://maelstrom.stjohns.edu/archives/no-milk.html

At some point I plan to revise it and make it shorter. But the subscribe
instructions and the like haven't changed.
